Paleo Pizza

Home alone with leftovers, I started experimenting and came up with this gem. Pizza to the rescue!image


2 eggs
1 cup arrowroot flour
1/2 cup almond flour
1/4 cup olive oil
1 cup sweet potato, puréed
Pinch of sea salt
Water, if needed 

Pineapple chunks
Sugar Free BBQ sauce + water to thin
Nitrate free Bacon/turkey bacon
Bell pepper

Combine ingredients for the crust, rolling it out on parchment paper to desired thickness. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Meanwhile, mince bacon and fry until crispy. Set aside. Bake crust for 15 minutes or until lightly golden. Spread BBQ sauce and top with remaining ingredients/your favorite toppings. Bake for a few more minutes, until crust edges are browned and cheese is melty.
